Frequently Asked Quentions
Visual Image Systems / Seethrough Display HoloPro
- Is the light emitted from the glass itself?
- No, the light from projector is refracted at special film between glasses.
- What is the glass size?
- 20”, 30”, 40”, 50”, 60”, 67”, 84” and 100” are available as standard items.
- Is it possible to make it in custom size and/or custom shape?
- Possible, but it takes longer time to deliver.
- Is it possible to embed it in an existing window?
- No, it cannot be embedded in the existing window because of the construction with a film inserted and fixed between glasses.
- What is the striped pattern of the film?
- It is to change an incident refraction angle, stripe by stripe (cell by cell).
- What is the screen gain?
- It is defined as the brightness output of a screen.
- Any projector acceptable?
- It is possible to use any projector, but the bigger the screen size, the higher the brightness (ANSI lumen) is needed. As the incident angle of the input is 36.4 degrees, it must have the function to correct the keystone distortion greater than 36 degrees.
- How about the installation in restricted space?
- Projection distance may be reduced by the use of mirror reflector.
- What are the precautions in maintenance?
- As this is made of glass, it must be avoided to apply impact on it by hitting an object against it or otherwise.
